Features

This pump is of a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump structure. The impeller is a semi-open impeller, and stirring blades are provided at the extension of the suction side of the impeller. This series of pumps are mainly used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food factories, printing and dyeing and other industries to pump thick slag, heavy oil, oil residue, turbid liquid, slurry, lime slurry, quicksand and flowing sludge in urban sewage communication, as well as liquids containing coal lumps and ash. It can also be used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to suction fluids containing sand and impurities as well as corrosive liquids. Structural description The YZ type pump adopts a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected by bearing housings, support housings and connecting pipes, and the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe component. The impeller of the pump is a semi-open impeller, and stirring blades are provided at the extension of the impeller blade inlet. The main feature of this pump is that the pump shaft in the submersible part has sufficient rigidity. There are no bearings between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is used. It can convey media containing a relatively high concentration of solid particles. The length of the pump shaft submerged in the liquid is between 800 and 2000. If necessary, an intake pipe can be provided. The shaft seal is adopted by the submersible pump being submerged in the liquid for operation without a shaft seal. The transmission is carried out by a vertical motor installed on the motor support and support seat, which is connected to the pump by a coupling.
